i have loads during the monday and tuesday melt but later in the week when im feeling good again they fade away. they are pointless , whats done is done and
that cant be changed !

i regret a few things ive done and said, but t the end of the day, if you live and learn, it's not so bad in the end.

also - regret doing something that broke all trust in my relationship (didnt actually do anything, just got caught discussing someone else whilst in the midst
of a bad patch)

I think most folk who say they have no regrets have either lived very sheltered lives, been too scared to take any risks or say it cuz it cuz of the stigma

Quite a few times in my life that I've chosen to be a worrying anti-craic, and had absolutely zero fun, but at the same time was wasting my time and money
and not getting anything worthwhile done. At those times I should have either chilled and had a laugh, or rolled up the sleeves and made something out of my
seriousness
I also regret not taking care of myself, I've got stained teeth, a permanent cough, a beer belly (while still being a skinny runt) etc etc. All down to laziness and not taking care of myself.
