i agree cat it is fucking hard ,
i think the hardest bit is that u have to remain organised , pay the bils , save some dough , pay the reant , and cook and clean ffs and then in all of this u got 5 days work a week to fit in 
im always goin good for about a month then ill go on a bender spend all my money , miss work , house will be a mess and then illhave to regroup and start all over again. im really seriously considering jackin in my job and goin off travellin for 3 mths but that will mean ill have to go home and live with the folks afterwards
suppose me and orlagh can be fellow bums together again , will be fun sneakin in our back doors stealing our ma's and da's drink again and sneakin out to party . OLD SKOOL STYLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is all a pain in the ass at times but at the end of the day you have to do it sooner or later!

I am really depressed that Im 25 now and Im not on the property ladder. I worked out that if I wanted to get together enough for a deposit, solicitor's fees, stamp duty etc I'd need about £22 grand. Which I could save if I lived with my parents for the next three years. I dont think my parents would even agree to that

I think when u elect to get a mortgage you need to be certain youre in the job u wanna be doin and the place you wanna live for the rest of your life. If you arent i dont see the point , you cant up and go when u please your chances of changing jobs are pretty limited , to me it seems like such a final decision to be making at such a young age!
